Naturopathy is holistic health care utilising clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, remedial massage and lifestyle education to tailor a treatment plan specifically for your needs.
Naturopathy can work alongside conventional medicine and independently to help manage chronic illness, acute conditions, and improve general well-being.
It does require a commitment from you, as the treatment plan will require you to implement changes and/additions specific to your needs in regards to lifestyle, nutrition, and supplements to achieve improved health and well - being. Kirsten provides ongoing support and education through consultations and various resource material. It is not a quick fix and can take time however, the information you will take away will provide you with tools to last a lifetime.
